Payment by credit card is required to complete your order. When you “checkout” you hereby authorize eyeLight Canada Photo & Video to bill your credit card through our secure payment gateway, Stripe. GST (#138964242) is automatically calculated. Your transaction is priced in Canadian dollars. If your card is not honored for any reason, eyeLight will attempt to notify you.

Returns & Replacements
eyeLight Canada Photo & Video is committed to your satisfaction. If our product does not satisfy you then contact blecky@eyelight.ca and tell us of your concerns. Of course, if eyeLight made a mistake on your order then we will replace the erroneous product at our expense or refund your purchase.
You may cancel your order without penalty within 48 hours of your transaction. Please send an email to blecky@eyelight.ca with “Cancel Order” in the subject line. Please include your order number with that email. After 48 hours, you may still cancel your order, but charges may apply. Follow the same email process for canceling your order. We will reply to your request and let you know if there are any cancellation charges.
Special Orders and Requests
If you have special orders or requests, please email Bruce Lecky at blecky@eyelight.ca (subject: Special orders or requests). Bruce will do his utmost to accommodate your needs and some special orders may incur an extra charge.
Shipping & Delivery
Your group’s order page has important information specific to your actual order dates, discounts, and delivery schedules. Please refer to your group's order page for up-to-date information.
The normal delivery period is 4 to 6 weeks from the time of purchase. If you need a rush service please send an email (immediately after your purchase) to blecky@eyelight.ca. Quote your order number and delivery requirements. If we cannot meet your request, you will have the option to cancel your order outright.
